We're looking for a self-motivated go-getter. The ideal person should:
- Be well-versed in dgital media.
- Create stunning visual designs.
- Write compelling copy.
- Stay on top of new media.
- Know Photoshop: This is a must.
- Know HTML and CSS: this is a big plus.
- Play well with others.

Web Developer
We want someone on the cutting edge of web technology. This person should be motivated and play well with others. The core set of technologies that they must know is:
- Javascript & AJAX
- HTML & CSS
- PHP & MySQL
In addition to this, we would like a developer who is familiar with at least some of these items:
- Ruby
- Python
- Any other programing language
- Git
- Photoshop
